We require this information to provide accurate data requests that are sent between participating companies (Debt management Companies and Creditors/Collectors), and for providing accurate reports on the performance and usage of The Creditor Portal Website.

  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

In relation to the data uploaded or entered into the site relating to clients on Debt Management plans we will not:

  • Contact any client for marketing or verification purpose
  • Divulge information about any Client to another individual or organisation without consent from both the DMC and the Creditor.
  • Divulge information about any data stored to government agencies unless required by law to do so.
  • Amend or Add to data relating to a Client
  • Remove data relating to a client unless requested by the DMC or unless the DMC terminates their contract with The Creditor Portal
